By submitting the online form ("Send registration"), you agree to the Berlin-Hohenschönhausen Memorial's booking terms. Should you have any questions before making a booking, please contact our Visitor Services department.
Processing your booking enquiry
Your booking enquiry will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email. Please also regularly check your spam folder.
If your preferred or alternative date is already fully booked, our Visitor Services department will contact you by telephone or email.
There is no guarantee that the booked educational programme will be held by the specified preferred speaker.
Group fees for guided tours (1.5 hours)
Standard rate: Flat rate of €100 for every 25 people registered
Concession rate*: Flat rate of €80 for every 25 people registered
School children: Flat rate of €25 for every 25 people registered
Group fees for guided tours in easy language (1.5 hours)
Standard rate: Flat rate of €80 for every 25 people registered
Concession rate*: Flat rate of €60 for every 25 people registered
School children: Flat rate of €22.50 for every 25 people registered
Group fees for guided tours in German sign language (1.5 hours)
Concession rate*: Flat rate of €40 for every 25 people registered
School children: Flat rate of €15 for every 25 people registered
Group fees for tactile guided tours (2 hours)

Group fees for “The Stasi prison” + discussion (guided tour + discussion with contemporary witnesses) and moderated contemporary witness seminar (3 hours)

Standard rate: Flat rate of €210 for every 25 people registered

Group fee for the digital project day with virtual excursion(s) (3 hours)
School children: Flat rate of €50 for every 30 people registered
*The concession rate applies to students, trainees, severely disabled persons, recipients of unemployment benefits (ALG 1/2), unemployed persons, federal volunteers, holders of the Berlin-Brandenburg volunteer card and members of victims' associations of political persecution in the GDR.
Deadlines for cancellations and changes to bookings
You may cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 14 days prior to the event start date. The Berlin-Hohenschönhausen Memorial charges cancellation fees for each cancellation and change made.

In the event of a registered group being more than 30 minutes late for a booking, entitlement to the guided tour or reimbursement of the respective costs shall no longer apply.
